I feel interaction on MS Teams solves many misunderstandings and a better connection is established.
I had not networked before and was so busy coding and I see a huge difference in life where better opportunities are coming.Kindly talk to friends or people in this group to resolve any issue then and there. A listening ear is more than enough many times.

1. Ensure SharePoint performs well by following simple practices:
Store SharePoint data in multiple databases for huge site collections
Set the storage quota
Check if Third Party affects performance like Flash
Set storage quota
Let Admins monitor the permissions and do not allow too much item level permission
2. Move away from Infopath and take advantage of PowerApps and PowerAutomate
